5-in-1 PROTECTIVE CLOTHING

Procera 5-in-1 protective clothing. Flame-retardant, antistatic, and protective against the thermal effects of electric arcs and chemicals, suitable for welders. This set consists of a jacket and trousers, or optional bib and brace trousers (on request), designed to protect the wearer in work environments where there is a risk of ignition due to brief contact with flame, convective heat, thermal radiation, molten iron splash, and for work requiring electrostatic charge dissipation and involving chemicals. The jacket fastens with a placket, two inner pockets, and two lower pockets covered with a Velcro flap. To ensure optimal ventilation, the jacket has vents under the arms and at the back. The trousers have a button-up closure, two side pockets, a ruler pocket on the right leg, a button-fastened fly, and an elasticated back waistband for adjustment. – Material composition: 80% cotton, 19% polyester, 1% antistatic carbon thread – Weight: 300g/m2 – Shrinkage: 2-3% – Color: grey-orange – Stitching: flame-retardant threads The fabric is highly resistant to tearing, ripping and abrasion, as well as high comfort of use. The clothing meets the requirements of the following standards: EN ISO 13688:2013, EN 1149-5:2008, EN ISO 11612:2015, EN ISO 11611:2015, EN 13034:2005 A1:2009, IEC 61482-2:2009 and has an EC type examination certificate issued by the Textile Institute in Łódź.
